Nie Huaisang and Agni both had their energy sapped when they tried to use the room, too. And Luna and Akechi are in the same condition as me.

It's only a hypothesis-- I need to confirm it with blue-- but. . .

Yeah. I know about Agni, I hauled his sorry ass out of there. [ He's two for two on people getting hecked up in that room with his knowledge and hauling them out of there. ]

The bell room was completely white with a single red bell in it. And when the Oddity answered our call, the whole room turned dark, lit up only by hundreds of eyes and one creepy smiling mouth.

[ ........................ terrible. ]

That's the only place we've seen crap like that, isn't it? It's definitely like the hub of that thing. [ Hrrrf. ] Did you get the bell?

We didn't bring it out with us, no.

But I don't recommend repeating what we've done, anyway.

Not if we really are feeding that thing. I don't know how many people have been in there since we unlocked it...

-- but I know I went in there with Jingles once, and nothing weird seemed to happen. Wonder what the difference is, or how it decides when it's gonna pop up and creep on the people in there

I really don't know. I wonder if it only happens when we use the room to try and fight back against the house?

So if we use the room for something non-threatening, it leaves us alone.

But if we use it to find the source, or the heart, or how to separate Blue and the house, or to speak to the house directly, it eats a piece of us.

For now shutting down the room and hoping people aren't dumb enough to go in anyway's probably the best option.
