I'm gonna be fucking blunt here a second: if it turns out she's possessed, despite "assurances" that's not gonna happen here, she's not gonna be able to be talked out of it. So it's her or you.
And I'm not gonna hold out for some hope we'll find some magic item that can dispell possession again, because the last time someone had the bright idea to try that, Isaac got his head bitten off anyway.
She's a combat bot, so I doubt she's gonna be taken out by something like electricity so easily. But if you get under the hood, a spark could shut her down. [ a pause ] And could be fixable, not permanent.
Other than that... you could use her weight against her, and trap her somewhere if you're really against killing her.
