Explosions are definitely a bit of overkill, but... if you burned someone attacking you they might have a harder time explaining that away than they would a bruise or a cut.

... All I can think of is using the watch and my power to move the cabin of whoever attacked me. It's not exactly subtle, or specific, but it'd narrow things down. [ and he's petty enough to consider moving their whole cabin into the lake as valid. ]

You're right. If you could control the explosion at all, it would be easier to make use of it, but of course that's too much to ask for.

How far could you move it? No one will notice if it's just a few inches, maybe not even a few feet.

You could guarantee it'd centre on something, but that something'd be a person. And they'd notice.

[ ... ] Haven't used it yet, but it specifically says "temporarily ignore the limits of their own body to accomplish great feats". So, yeah. Probably can. Doesn't say I might not feel the effects afterwards, but I could probably still do it.

I've got... assuming I'm using two extra boosts along with it? Fifteen minutes of being very fast to move it. Might depend on which cabin I have to move though -- some of them I could probably move down by the lake, but others are far enough away so I might just have to move it into the surrounding woodland.

If nothing else, you could use it on the terrain - collapse a building on someone, or the trees, or destroy the land so it's harder to follow you.

That's something you probably should test - after the execution, far enough away from anyone you don't trust so you don't give it away. Maybe in the woods? [ kara shrugs. ] You should know if there will be any side effects, just in case you do end up having to use it.

Yeah. It's the timing -- not doing it too soon so I'm wrecked if I wake up on Thursday night, and not accidentally overlapping into the next week.

Get attacked and knock out your killer? You could tie 'em up and shove them in the isolation cabin's jail and keep at eye on them until morning.

It's enough to get a person's hands tied. And you could probably figure something out to tie that to something else and stop them running around.
