Anything can be a weapon if you use it right. Abilities that affect the mind can be even worse than the ones that are battle-oriented. [ so the npcs aren't getting the benefit of the doubt just yet. ] What would the point be in giving us abilities like these if they weren't meant to be used?

Dunno. Maybe we'll find out, or maybe we won't and we'll all get to go home with slightly less trauma than we think.

We have until the week's up to find out, one way or another. But I don't plan on putting too much trust in the hosts here until they've proven they deserve it.

I don’t know him well enough to trust him either way, but my opinion ain’t sparkling. Beau trusts him, and she’s alright, but— [ eh ] I don’t know if he’s totally as useless as he seems. [ .... ] He is pretty useless? But maybe not that much.

I’d be more damn concerned if you trusted them without questioning anything?

Some of the people here want to believe them. That can cloud their judgment.

They’ll wake up if something does go wrong. Still, ours hosts turned out okay after a few weeks so watch this space for new developments.

It would be easier to trust them if they wouldn't keep secrets, or ask us to do the same. If it's really just a game to them, then why bother with all of that?

But I don't think it will help us, in the long run. None of us can work together efficiently if we don't know what we're working with in the first place.

There's gotta be some way to figure out or know what powers are in play.

There's no point in guessing wildly what powers might be used when we might be wasting time being really damn wrong the whole time.

The best way is to come forward with it. We could ask the hosts, but I doubt they'll be forthcoming about it, since they're the ones encouraging secrecy in the first place.
